Today is Eric's birthday. I gave him a handmade pirate flag that I painted on silk over the summer, and he gave me a Finding Nemo poster that has hung on his wall for a few years.

 I am overwhelmingly excited by this.

 Is this a bad thing? I'm 17 years old as of last Saturday, and I am THRILLED to round out my collection of Pixar posters (I have Cars and Wall-E already) and use up some of my precious wall space for this huge poster of Bruce, Marlin, and Dory. The rest of my walls are taken up by windows, closets, and bookshelves along with the bunk bed.

 I think everyone needs a little Finding Nemo in their lives- who doesn't love a crazy Australian dentist and some quirky brave little fish? 17-year-olds can have Finding Nemo posters! 17-year-olds can run around the house singing a song about Finding Nemo posters! 17-year-olds can know all the words to the whole Finding Nemo movie!
